Information on Private Truffle Hunt experiences

We are getting a number of queries about Hunts, picking, tours. These are largely conducted by agritourism focused businesses or hobbyists, rather than those growing commercial amounts of truffles. There isn’t enough time or labour available during season to farm both truffles and conduct tourism. 

Some consideration of unique, exclusive, private hunt experiences can be offered/considered during peak harvest season, IF they cover some of the risk of missing harvested kilograms, or meeting the requirements of an export order.
We have 8-10 weeks to generate a year’s income, which once factoring in weather as well, makes us quite sensitive to lost harvest/grading/sales time.
