Your account

Holds only your contact details, billing/delivery addresses, order history, and newsletter preference. You can login and view/edit these at any time.
To have the account deleted, please contact us, only printed copies of invoices will be retained as required for tax purposes.

No card or bank details are processed or stored in our system.

Additionally, our website runs a secure internet protocol, protecting your entire session in our site with an encrypted connection.

Email addresses

We abhor spam and will never provide your details to third parties.

We will only use your email as part of order processing.

If you have subscribed to newsletter function, you may receive a couple of communications per year, if we have time to write a newsletter. Otherwise for our news follow us on social media and our blog, links on bottom of store.

Payments

Internet Banking

  • transfer payments by POLi Payments, a business of Australia Post.
    • Poli collects your payment amount from our system, and provides it to your bank, when you login.
    • Poli receives confirmation payment has been made from your bank,
    • Poli then tells our store that payment is complete, and your Tax Invoice is emailed to you.
    • Your bank handles your security, neither we nor POLi see your account details.
      No privacy issues {Similar to paypal checkout process}

  • by Direct Deposit to our PayID or BSB/Account. When we check our bank, and confirm payment received, your order will be processed. As bank payments can take a few days, this may delay your order shipment.
    • No privacy issues, just delayed order completion.

Online Card 

Card processing via Stripe or PayPal. You provide your details to them, our store only provides the amount to be billed and receives payment confirmation. The store keeps a transaction ID for referencing any refunds etc.

In person:

  • Cash is accepted & preferred, no privacy issues either
  • Card payments are processed by SquareUP.com on a phone or tablet. The transaction is recorded by Square.
    We can reference a past transaction if required for refunds, but not view card details, email addresses or phone numbers used after the sale is completed.
