Peak Season Already!
The truffles have been coming in thick and fast since just before Winter Solstice.This season's harvest is currently far better than the past two years which were severely reduced by warm weather or rainfall.
Picture, results of four hunts on Friday, including one by torchlight, cleaned Saturday morning just in time for Farm Gate Sales and Monday's postage
Truffles for courier will be harvested Mon/Tues.
