Premium Copeaux D'or Shaver & Slicer

The Premium Copeaux D'or Shaver & Slicer has a set and forget cutting thickness, adjustable between 0.18mm to 2.0mm, ensuring a consistent slice every time throughout service. The smooth blade can easily cut large truffles up to 100mm wide, and is also removable for sharpening.

Please take caution when using as the blade is very sharp. Always use with a cut-resistant glove {such as the one supplied}.

The Copeaux D’or can also be used to slice other foods with flair, such as parmesan, bottarga or even chocolate.
It comes in a gift box to make the perfect gift, and for storing the tool outside truffle season.
