These Truffle Slicers are made in Italy by Sanelli Ambrogio, which has been producing fine cutlery since 1863.
We find these slicers to be of high quality, with a firmly mounted blade & precision screw enabling shaving of uniform thickness slices from 0.2 to 3.0 mm. The blade is hollow ground assisting the slices to fall onto the dish.
They are a pleasure to use, and can also be used for other foods such as parmesan cheese or dark chocolate.
Dishwasher safe: Chef's may prefer these fully stainless steel truffle shavers for commercial kitchens.
